Thiago happy at Felda United, will only think of his future after season is over

The Fighters' Brazilian ace Thiago Augusto Fernandes is focused on helping the team win their first ever major title for the time being.

When asked about his future at Felda United, the Fighters' Brazilian ace Thiago Augusto Fernandes said that he will only start mulling it over after the season is over.

He however added that he is nevertheless happy at the club and to continue playing in Malaysia.

"I'll wait to finish everything, and then I'll decide on it with my family and my agent.

"I am happy with the staff, the coach, I have no problems. I'm not worried about my future," remarked the 27-year old forward to the press before training on Friday.

Since he rejoined the Fighters' in the mid-season transfer window, the Brazilian has scored 11 goals in the Super League, to help them shoot up to third in the standings with one round remaining, as well as to reach the Malaysia Cup semi-finals.

On Sunday they will host Kedah for the first leg of the semis in Jengka, before playing in the return fixture next Saturday.
