TEAM NEWS: Stones starts for Man City on Everton return

Pep Guardiola's side face the Toffees at Goodison Park looking to move back into the Premier League's top four for a few hours at least

John Stones will start for Manchester City as he makes a first return to Everton since completing a big-money move away from Goodison Park last summer.

Pablo Zabaleta fills a midfield role against the Toffees, while Sergio Aguero leads the line.

Claudio Bravo, who made way for Willy Caballero in last week’s FA Cup victory over West Ham, returns between the sticks.

Pep Guardiola’s side will be looking to secure a victory that lifts them back into the Premier League’s top four, for a few hours at least.

With Liverpool not in action until later on Sunday afternoon, City can climb above the Reds with a win on Merseyside.
