The Brazil international was subbed off on 13 minutes in the 1-0 victory after Adrian Mariappa’s knee clattered into his right thigh.

Adam Lallana, who replaced the 24-year-old at Vicarage Road, is held in reserve again along with Daniel Sturridge to affect the game from the bench.

Jurgen Klopp has gone with an unchanged line-up for the fourth successive fixture.
