Swansea City's Wilfried Bony fit for Everton’s clash

Swansea City manager, Paul Clement has confirmed Wilfried Bony fit for their clash with Everton on Monday.

The Cote d'Ivoire international could not complete their last game against his former club, Manchester City where they lost by 4-0 and was replaced by Leroy Fer in the 74th minute.

Prior to the game, the striker has lasted the entire duration of the Swans' four previous games, and scored twice.

And the English tactician said that the former Stoke City talisman was substituted against City ‘as a precaution.’

"There was a little bit of concern about Wilfried after the ManCity game, but he was brought off as a precaution. He is okay for Monday," said in a press conference.

Bony has struggled with injury and fitness since he rejoined the Liberty Stadium outfit in the summer and will be looking to help his side - against a rejuvenated Everton side - to move off the base of the English top-flight log.
