Football fans in Singapore can now stand a chance to play alongside English Premier League greats Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs when the football stars arrive in town next month.

The 5-a-side tournament, named CF Cup 2017, will provide fans with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be on the same team as the two football stars.

The tournament is open to all amateur players and interested participants will have to form a team of eight players and register at www.cfcup.sg. Participating teams will play in qualifying rounds on 1 and 2 April. The finals on 8 April will then see the top two teams, captained by the two Manchester United legends, face-off against each other.

The CF Cup 2017 is part of the grand opening of Cafe Football and The Arena on 8 and 9 April. The Arena is Singapore’s latest lifestyle and family-oriented destination in Singapore, offering a wide variety of sports and fitness facilities for all ages, including the Arena Football.

The inclusion of a full-fledged restaurant Cafe Football Singapore in The Arena completes the experience, allowing fitness enthusiasts of all ages to come together and enjoy a scrumptious meal after a workout or two. The football-themed restaurant, which is owned by Rowsley Ltd jointly with Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs, was first established in the UK and the Singapore outlet is the first franchise in Asia.

Aside from football pitches, The Arena also offers programmes such as Muay Thai, Aerial Yoga, Rock Climbing, Dance and Functional Fitness as alternatives to football, making it the perfect location for families to engage in some fun fitness activities together over the weekends and school holidays.
