Sofapaka FC forward Timothy Luda has settled in new team and was on target against Gor Mahia in a league match two weeks ago.

The former Thika United man has been struggling with injury suffered early this year but managed to pen a contract with Batoto ba Mungu this transfer window. Luda, known for his pace and an eye for goal, says his main objective is to help Sofapaka perform better than last season.

"My primary target is to ensure Sofapaka performs better this season as compared to the previous one, and with the players we have why not! It will be my joy to help the team win something considering it has given me an opportunity to show what I can do," Luda told Goal.

"I am aiming at scoring seven, eight goals considering the season has about six months remaining and probably be among the best at the end of the season."

The 2009 league champions will take on newcomers Nakumatt in a league match this weekend.
