Samuel Eto’o steers Antalyaspor to victory over Osmanlispor

Samuel Eto’o found the net as Antalyaspor recorded a comfortable 3-0 victory over Osmanlispor in the Turkish Super Lig on Monday evening.

The 36-year-old who missed a penalty in their last game against Kayserispor did not fail this time around as his shot from the spot sailed into the net to give Rıza Calımbay’s men the lead.

Former Manchester City winger, Samir Nasri increased the scoreline before the half-time break after getting the better of goalkeeper Zydrunas Karcemarskas.

Maicon sealed the victory for the Antalya Arena outfit with five minutes left to play.

Yekta Kurtulus got the marching order after a second booking while Nigeria’s Raheem Lawal along with five other players were cautioned.

The former Chelsea striker will be expected to continue with this impressive fine form when the Scorpions travel to Sivas Stadium to keep a date with Sivasspor on Saturday.
