After ten games in Kenyan Premier League, only Posta Rangers are unbeaten and are currently placed second on the table.
Of those games played, the mailmen have won six and drawn four matches, scoring nine goals in the process and conceding just three. Coach Sammy 'Pamzo' Omollo says it is not by luck that his team is the only side that has not tasted defeat in the top tier this season. "Our run is not by luck, we are where we are because we had good preparations.
"We have also a good blend of youth and experience in the team, but the main thing that has enabled us to have a good run is that competition between the players. Anyone with a chance to play wants to prove he is capable of doing the job effectively," Omollo told Goal on Thursday.
Omollo also believes that his side can match Gor Mahia record a season ago and finish the league unbeaten. "Okay, our aim is not to finish the league unbeaten, but ensure we finish in a respectable position. That does not mean we cannot do it, if Gor Mahia did it why can't we? We will give our best and see what happens."
Next on table for the mailmen are Nakumatt, who beat Thika United 2-1 on Wednesday.
