Lucas Perez has only made the substitutes bench for Arsenal's FA Cup clash against Lincoln City, Goal understands.

The wantaway Spanish forward has found game time difficult to come by this season despite impressing in the handful of opportunities that he's been given.

Arsenal have won eight out of the nine games Perez has started so far and the 28-year-old continues to conjure up goals and assists whenever he plays.

Goal exclusively revealed last month that Perez is looking to leave Arsenal at the end of the season in search of regular playing time, with the player setting his sights on a place in Spain's 2018 World Cup squad.

Meanwhile, David Ospina has been ruled out of the match against the non-league side meaning either Petr Cech or Emi Martinez will start in goal.
