Patrick Razak says he is willing to depart Hearts of Oak for Guinean side AC Horoya who have submitted a three-year proposal reportedly worth $80,000.
The former Tamale Utrecht winger had a bright campaign with the Phobians last season and has been consistent in pre-season.
Horoya improved their offer after an initial $60,000 bid was rejected.
"I have told Hearts of Oak management that I would like to leave but they are considering my request on whether to release me or not," Razak told FOX FM.
“I know an improved offer has been presented to them. All I'm waiting now is the clearance so that I join them for the new season. They already know what I want so I don't think I've got to hide my wish any longer.
"I don't really know when I will leave but hopefully next week can be possible so I'm waiting for the final decision," he added.
Razak caught the eye of Horoya's scouts during the 2017 Wafu Cup of Nations held in Ghana and won by the Black Stars.
