The Ghanaian attacker, who is in his first season with the Buccaneers, is reportedly a victim of robbery

Orrlando Pirates midfielder Bernard Morrison was reportedly robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday.

It is said that the incident took place in Buccleuch, a suburb of Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng and the perpetrators were in a Range Rover.

The 23-year-old attacker's club are yet to release a statement or comment on the matter as they continue their preparations for their clash with Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday.

Morrison, who joined Pirates from DR Congo giants AS Vita prior to the current 2016/17 season, has fallen out of favor at Soweto giants in recent times.

The midfielder-come-striker has made seven league appearances for the Buccaneers. His last league game was against Chippa United three months ago.

Crime Air Network broke the news about the robbery on Tuesday afternoon.
