The power men have not been consistent this season thanks to mass exodus experienced in the last transfer window

Western Stima coach Henry Omino has challenged his charges to bounce back against Chemelil Sugar following last weekend's defeat to Posta Rangers.

The power men have not been consistent this season thanks to mass exodus experienced in the last transfer window. Omino is steadying the ship and he feels consistency is the key for his team.

"We did well against Gor Mahia, but by the time we were playing Rangers, it seems some players were still 'celebrating' forgetting it had already gone and we ended up losing. We have to be consistent in the league and always try to register positive result, that is the only way we can hit our target," Omino told Goal on Thursday.

"Our match against Chemelil Sugar will definitely be difficult, but we hope to get something from it. We should work harder and try to get maximum points."

After three matches, Stima are 17th with three points after suffering defeats against Sofapaka and Rangers
