OFFICIAL: Awoniyi joins Royal Excel Mouscron on loan from Liverpool

Taiwo Awoniyi has joined Royal Excel Mouscron on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool.

Awoniyi who joined the Jurgen Klopp’s men in August 2015 is set for his third loan spell away from Anfield, having previously played for Dutch side NEC Nijmegen and Bundesliga outfit,  FSV Frankfurt in the past two seasons.

The 20-year-old forward scored three goals in 18 league games for NEC Nijmegen last season and teams up with Cameroon’s Fabrice Olinga and DR Congo’s Jonathan Bolingi in the Stade Le Canonnier.
