OFFICIAL: Former Gor Mahia coach appointed in Ghana

Frank Nuttall, formerly with Gor Mahia, has been appointed head coach at Hearts of Oak

Former Gor Mahia head coach Frank Nuttall has been appointed in a similar position at Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Scottish has confirmed on his official facebook account that he has taken charge of the Accra-based club at the start of the league’s 2017 season.

He joins the West Africans after a stint with Egyptian giants Zamalek SC where he served as an assistant coach in 2016.

While at Gor Mahia, where he joined in late 2014, he guided the Green Army to an historic league victory with an unbeaten run in 2015 before leaving in February 2016.
