Ulinzi Stars head coach Benjamin Nyangweso is already planning for the first round of the 2017 Caf Confederation Cup after qualifying from the preliminary stage.
The Soldiers eliminated Libyan side Al Hilal Benghazi on Saturday at Kasarani Stadium and Nyangweso says he is ready for the next challenge with an aim of going past the second round.
"We played under pressure because first, we could not allow them to score. If we could have conceded it would have been the end of us. So the players were really under pressure and were keen to avoid any mistake that could cost us.
"I need quality friendlies out of the country to help me prepare and help the boys know the type of opposition they should expect in the next round," he told Goal.
Other Kenyan representatives in the Caf Champions League Tusker, will play this afternoon against ASPL 2000 with an objective of getting a win after playing to a one-all draw last weekend.
