Ighalo, Aluko & footballers celebrate International Women's Day

The country's senior national team stars have paid tribute to the amazing work of the women in their lives

Odion Ighalo , Moses Simon , Sone Aluko , Anthony Ujah and the Nigerian Football Federation are celebrating women that have influenced them as the world commemorates women for their outstanding role in global development.

International Women's Day is day set aside to globally celebrate women on every March 8 of every year and pay tribute for the movement for women's rights in the world.

The Super Eagles players joined the world to salute the women who have supported their struggles and their rise to stardom while the Nigeria Football Federation appreciated eight-time African Champions, the Super falcons as their pride.
