Newly appointed Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr will watch the club take on Bandari in GOtv Shield round of 32 on Sunday.

The Englishman arrived in the country on Sunday and will travel to Thika for the Cup match that will kick-off at 3pm. “He will be in Thika to at least have a first glance of the team he will manage as Gor Mahia takes on Bandari,” K’Ogalo CEO Omondi Aduda told Goal.

Caretaker coach, Zedekiah ‘Zico’ Otieno will be in charge of the match, but will relinquish his role as head coach after 90 minutes for the assistant position.

The Bandari clash will give the new coach a chance to monitor quality of K’Ogalo’s squad as they prepare to take on English side, Everton in a friendly match on July 13 in Tanzania.
