Nedbank Cup Draw: Kaizer Chiefs, Sundowns and Orlando Pirates handed tricky tests

ShareClose Comments
The draw for the Nedbank Cup last 16 took place on Thursday in Randburg where the big guns avoided each other at least for this round

Defending champions SuperSport United will travel to ABC Motsepe League side KwaDukuza United, who ousted Ajax Cape Town in the previous round.

Last year’s finalists Orlando Pirates will visit Free State Stars, while record-holders Kaizer Chiefs will have a slightly easier task when they visit second division side Acornbush United.

Acornbush stunned Cape Town City in the Last 32, and Amakhosi will have to be wary of the threat the Eastern Cape outfit poses.

Mamelodi Sundowns will be at home against fellow Premier Soccer League side Golden Arrows.

Bidvest Wits will make a short trip to Brakpan to face Jomo Cosmos.
