Gwar is a household name in the domestic topflight having played for Kwara United, Niger Tornadoes and Enyimba before he travelled abroad for greener pasture.
But he returned at the start of the second round of the season to play for Nasarawa United.
“I so much believe in what I can do. I made my debut in our last game against Wikki Tourists where we beat them 2-0 and I came on in the dying minutes. I am looking forward to my first start for Nasarawa United. I will go with the aim of scoring because that I what I am paid to do here,” Gwar told Goal.
“Rangers were beaten 4-0 by Abia Warriors last week and they will come all out against us. We are not disturbed at all. I perform better in big games and the tie with Rangers is one of them.”
