The North Africans will be hoping to ignite their faint chance of qualifying for the Mundial even though they are seriously on the back foot

Zambia square up against Algeria at the National Heroes Stadium, Lusaka in Group B of the 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifiers (Africa).

The 2012 African champions have not been impressive in their campaign so far as they have only managed a point from their two games and are third on the log behind table-toppers Nigeria and Cameroon.

The Wedson Nyirenda tutored side have won three of their last five games but are slight underdogs with Nairabet offering odds of (3.05) for victory.

The Zambians forced Cameroon to a 1-1 draw at home in their last World cup qualifier and the betting company prices (3.05) for them to share the spoils with their guests.

For the Algerians, they will be hoping for their fifth outing in the global showpiece but they'll need to overcome their misfortunes as they are rock bottom of Group B with just one point.

The Desert Warriors have only managed to win two of their last four games but they will be expected to be at their best in Lusaka. Nairabet has tagged them as favourites to come on top in the challenge at the price of (2.40 ).

Algeria

Both sides are likely to be cautious and the betting firm is offering (1.85) for the first half of the duel to end in a stalemate.

A correct score of 1-0 for the Algerians is priced at (5.25) with Nairabet  while it's (4.85) for a 1-1 score line at the end of 90 minute.
