AFC Leopards has so far changed four coaches in three months this season

AFC Leopards chairman, Dan Mule is optimistic the team will now rise and record positive results on the pitch after several shake-ups in the technical bench.

Ingwe has been experiencing regular changes in the technical bench recently with four coaches coming in in just under three months.

After Stewart Hall's departure last May, the team has seen Dorian Marin and Tom Juma briefly take charge before Robert Matano's appointment early in July.

"It has been really challenging for us to find the right person for this team. We had to work harder but I am happy we managed to bring him (Matano) on board. With the technical bench and playing unit now settled, we are concentrating on how we can get better results on the pitch.

"We are doing our job as the management but the main aim is to ensure we meet our objectives.  

Leopards are set to play Bidco United in the GoTV Shield on Wednesday.
