"It is the considered opinion of the federation that this cannot be allowed to continue. The KPL seems to be unable to take action on the excesses of the leadership, fans and stewards of Muhoroni Youth FC and therefore, the federation has moved to ban Muhoroni Stadium with immediate effect from hosting any FKF sanctioned football matches until such a time that it is satisfied that the Stadium is safe for fans, players and match officials."

"Further please note that the federation took a very serious position in regards to hooliganism and violence in Kenyan Football. The regulations which were passed stipulated severe penalties for clubs whose fans or officials are found responsible and the federation may apply these sanctions to Muhoroni Youth FC. I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you to furnish us with progress on the charges preferred by the KPL on the Chairman of Muhoroni Youth FC."
