The midfielder had been with South African club Golden Arrows until January 2017 when his contract was ‘forcefully’ terminated, an act which saw South Africa’s players union picket in front of Fifa President Gianni Infantino in protest of the manner in which he was dismissed.

He now becomes the fourth Kenyan footballer to join the Zambian league after Anthony Akumu, Jesse Were and David Owino, who play for Zesco United. Former Gor Mahia midfielder Victor Ali Abondo is also headed to the country.
