Nasarawa United coach, Kabiru Dogo has revealed that they won’t be making wholesome changes to their playing squad during the ongoing midseason transfer window.
The Solid Miners gaffer pointed out that he is satisfied with the contributions of his players and has requested for the signing of just two new strikers that will help bolster their scoring chances.
“I have said it on numerous occasions that I am satisfied with the present players that I have in Nasarawa United and that the only drawback is our inability to convert most of the chances we have created,” Dogo told Goal.
“It is for this reason I have suggested names of players to the management and from them, we are going to look at two quality strikers among them. We need players that can score goals and they are the ones we are going to bring in.
“Everyone can attest to the fact that we have been playing in all our games and have been scoring goals too even in our games but our inability to take most of the chances has cost us matches that we ought to have won. We believe that with the addition of potent strikers, we are good to go and will be different in the second round.”
