Kelantan, Sarawak and T-Team left in the relegation battle as 10 teams completed the penultimate Super League round

It was another action-packed night in the penultimate round of Super League football as one team confirms safety while three others will head into the final day still fearing the drop.

Melaka United secured their safety after a solid 2-1 over Selangor at Hang Jebat Stadium. First half goals from Jasmin Mecinovic and Marco Simic was enough to earn the Mousedeers all three points, a result which moved them up to 8th spot in the table. A full match report can be read here

The three teams that are still uncertain about their Super League status are T-Team FC, Sarawak and Kelantan - with all suffering contrasting fortunes on Wednesday night.  Sarawak moved out of the relegation after a combative 4-2 win over Kedah at the State Stadium.

Kedah had taken a 2-0 lead at half time through goals from Ken Ilso and Baddrol Bakhtiar but the Crocs had a storming second half. Nur Shamie Iszuan, Mateo Roskam (2) and Hairol Mokhtar completed an incredible turnaround in the second period for the home side.

At Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium in Kuala Terengganu, T-Team succumbed to a late Matheus Alves strike in the second half as Pahang came away with 1-0 win. The tenth defeat of the campaign for the Titans meant that they will go to Kuching on the final day next month, in a winners take all battle.

For Kelantan, the 0-0 draw against PKNS FC allowed Sarawak to leapfrogged them in the table. Failure to beat the Red Ants at home will give cause for concern to the Red Warriors who will now travel to Melaka for the final game, hoping that their opponent take their foot off the pedal after securing safety.

In the day's other match, Mehmet Durakovic put out a much-changed Perak team but still managed to gain a 1-0 win over Penang. The win push Perak up to fifth in the table and it also mathematically confirms Penang's relegation to the Premier League. .
