Mathare United have been boosted following the return to training of Edward Seda.

Seda was injured in latter stages of last season and underwent a successful surgery on his left ankle. The player resumed training on Tuesday under the watchful eye of physio Marcel Oile. Seda could not hide his joy following his smooth recovery path adding that he is looking forward to an injury free season.

"It feels good to be back because I had missed everything about football. It was almost a good season until the unexpected happened but I am hopeful that I will get back to that level soon,” Seda told Mathare United website.

The enterprising midfielder is set for another two months on the sidelines before the medical team approves his return to competitive action.
