The French striker once again made an instant impact coming off the bench for the Red Devils and his celebration gesture suggested he is going nowhere

Manchester United forward Anthony Martial has dropped a big hint that he wants to remain at Old Trafford after netting in an easy win for his club on Saturday.

The Frenchman rounded off a 4-0 drubbing of Swansea City with the final goal of the day, after Eric Bailly, Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba had all found the target.

He needed just seven minutes to score after coming off the bench as a late substitute, exactly the same time it took him to beat the West Ham defence last week.

Reports have suggested Martial's future could lie away from Old Trafford as he faces an uphill struggle to break ahead of the likes of Lukaku, Marcus Rashford and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to gain a regular starting role.

But the forward, who has been linked with a move to Tottenham, seems to have played down those rumours with a post on his Instagram page.

Martial shared a picture of him pointing to the Manchester United badge after full time, to the delight of his followers who took it to mean he was going nowhere.

And if he keeps making such an impact late on for the Red Devils it will be impossible for Jose Mourinho to keep him out of the first team!
