The Red Devils boss has set a return date for the Cote d'Ivoire international who has missed their last three games due to injury

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho expects Eric Bailly to return to action 'next week' as he recovers from an injury he picked on international duty.

The 23-year-old got a knock in the Elephants’ stalemate against Mali in their 2018 World Cup qualifying fixture on October 6 which has made him miss two Premier League games and a Uefa Champions League fixture against Benfica.

His boss at Old Trafford looks forward to the defender's return when the Red Devils visit Swansea City for their English League Cup fixture on Tuesday or in their Premier League encounter against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

“I have no idea [if Pogba will be back],” Mourinho told Manchester EveningNews.
