"I've got to be happy because the support the fans, players and top hierarchy have shown me is overwhelming. I am highly impressed although I have not been here for long but they trust my abilities already," Mahama told Goal.
"I have met my new teammates, train and chat with them and I think I will be ready for the season. The club is yet to win any major trophy in the last two seasons and it brings tension. I'm aware of the target because I was briefed what the objectives are for the season so it is my hope to play a major role.
"I did all that I could for Techiman City last season but we were relegated on the last day. That is part of the learning curve and I hope it won't happen to me again. I want to win titles here and the dream is alive unabated," he added.
