Despite rumours of a move away from the Gunners, the striker say he has now adapted to the Premier League

Lucas Perez believes he is finding his feet at Arsenal after a slow start to his Premier League career.

Since signing for Arsenal in August, Perez has made just two league starts, leading to rumours he could make an early departure from the London club.

Where would Man Utd. be without Zlatan?

However, the 28-year-old insists he is now adapting to English football and is happy in Arsene Wenger's side.

"It was still quite a change for me to get used to the English league when I moved here from Spain," he told Arsenal Player.

"Everyone needs some time to adjust. Players are all different, so some take longer to adapt than others.

"Now I feel really comfortable and I've fitted in well to the team – that's particularly important for a player."

Perez has scored seven goals in all competitions this season, including in the 2-0 FA Cup defeat of Sutton United on Monday.
