Robert Lewandowski has no intention of going from main man at Bayern Munich to mere "Plan B" at Manchester United, according to his agent.
Reports had indicated that Lewandowski was seen as an alternative signing to Antoine Griezmann this coming summer, with hopes of signing the Frenchman apparently fading.
The Poland striker has continuously been linked with the Old Trafford club since his days as a Borussia Dortmund player, though a move has as yet failed to materialise.
He is still rumoured to be of interest to Jose Mourinho's side despite agreeing a four-year contract extension at Bayern till 2021 last December.
However, the 28-year-old's agent, Maik Barthel, says his client would easily snub a switch to United given he is satisfied with his prominent role at Allianz Arena.
"Does any top player in the world want to be a plan B?" the representative responded rhetorically to ESPN when quizzed on United's interest.
Lewandowski took his tally to 31 goals in just 35 games this season with his strike in Bayern's 5-1 drubbing of Arsenal in the Champions League on Tuesday.
