Lechantre: Al Masry is very dangerous at home

Simba host Al Masry in the home leg playoff of the CAF Confederation Cup

Simba SC head coach Pierre Lechantre has claimed that they need to get a good results at home because they will be going to face a heavy challenge away against Al Masry.

Speaking in his press conference ahead of CAF Confederation Cup tie with the Boss of Canal on Wednesday, Lechantre said that Simba SC will try to do the best on the pitch in order to win the game and be in a good position to move forward.

“I know Al Masry, they are a very good team when they play at home, all we want to do is to try to win our home game something which will help us in the second tie,” said Lechantre.

Asked about availability of his twin strikers Emmanuel Okwi and John Bocco who were sidelined because of injuries, Lechantre replied that, they are doing fine and he will check one more thing before his decision on whether to start them or not.

Skipper Bocco who accompanied his coach on that press conference said that they expecting a tough game but they a prepared for a good result.

Simba host Al Masry in the home leg playoff of the CAF Confederation Cup before traveling on March 17 for the return leg in Cairo, Egypt.
