The Cote d'Ivoire veteran added a sixth league title to his collection

Cote d'Ivoire legend Kolo Toure won his sixth league title with a fourth different team as Scottish giants Celtic clinched the Scottish Premier League title on Sunday.

Brendan Rodgers’ men cruised to a sixth successive crown in empathic fashion, whipping Hearts 5-0 at Tynecastle Stadium in Edinburgh to move out of reach at the top of the table.

Having won league titles with former sides ASEC Mimosas Abidjan in his homeland,  Arsenal and Manchester City, the 36-year-old defender has now added to his impressive honours haul. 

Toure has been a peripheral figure for the Hoops this season, at least on the field, where he's made just seven appearances despite being signed by Rodgers after coming to the end of his contract with Liverpool.

However, off the pitch, he's clearly a key personality for the Scottish giants, with the club sharing a video of the centre-back leading the celebrations-and his famous 'Kolo...Kolo Toure' chant after the demolition of Hearts.
