Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama has added another trophy to his cabinet

Kenyan midfielder Victor Wanyama has won the Youth Engagement Award; an accolade of the Best of Africa organization.

The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder was picked as the best player for the award in a colourful event conducted on Monday night in London where a number of African players were feted in various categories.

Wanyama probably won the award for his skillful abilities in England where he has guided the Spurs to position two behind Chelsea in the Premier League besides stellar performances in Champions League and FA Cup matches.

Best of Africa, is an organization which was founded in 2011 to support and celebrate African-owned philanthropic endeavour by African players in the English Premier League, the Best of Africa Awards honours and celebrates people and platforms supporting ethical socio-economic development causes in and for Africa.
