Kenyan star Kenneth Muguna earns top flight promotion in Albania with KF Tirana

Kenyan ace Kenneth Muguna will play in the Albanian top division following the promotion of KF Tirana to the SuperLiga on Wednesday.

Miguna, who joined KF Tirana last January from Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia, helped the team to gain promotion to the top tier after clinching the second division title.

 KF Tirana beat Kastrioti Krujje 2-0 in the play-offs between leaders of Group A and B.

The talented Kenyan midfielder, however, missed the historic moment after he sat out of the game.

Tirana, who are coached by former Gor Mahia coach Jose Marcelo Ferreira, commonly known as Ze Maria, was relegated to the lower division last season.
