Kariobangi Sharks striker lands Djurgården trial

The player is set to depart the country for Sweden later this month where he is set to play in a test match for Djurgården

Kariobangi Sharks striker Ovella Ochieng may join Michael Olunga's former club, Djurgården in the Swedish league.

Ochieng will have a shot at landing a professional contract when he tries out with the Swedish side in the last week of August.

The player is set to depart the country for Sweden later this month and he will feature for Djurgården in a test match at the end of the month according to Swedish publication, Football Direkt.

Djurgården are yet to confirm the reports with the club’s Sports Manager Bosse Andersson refusing to disclose more information about this development.

If he impresses the scouts, Ovella may sign for Djurgården latest December.
