Jesse Were has signed a two year contract extension with the Zambian giants

Harambee Stars striker Jesse Were has extended contract with Zambian giants Zesco United.

The former Tusker striker has put pen to paper a two year contract to remain with the Team ya Ziko. Zesco United have confirmed the new contract on their official facebook page.

"Striker Jesse Were has extended his stay at Zesco United for another two years. The Kenyan and the Club have agreed on new terms. We wish Jesse all the best at Zesco United Fc."

Were was already a target for South African club Orlando Pirates. He has currently scored seven league goals in the Zambian top tier.
