Defensive midfielder Bidyananda had limited opportunities with ATK in the ISL last season but was impressive whenever he took the field.

Robinson, on the other hand, did not play a single match for the Green and Maroon in I-League. He was a part of the India U-23 side that took part in the recently concluded AFC U23 Championship qualifiers.

On joining the two times I-League champions, Bidyananda said: “Bengaluru FC are the best in India and it is a big moment for me to sign for a club that wins trophies and competes with the best in Asia every season. I’m happy to get this opportunity and I’m looking forward to making the most of it.”

Robinson too is looking forward to his stint with BFC. He said: “I’ve always believed that a move to BFC would be the best path for my career.

Regarded as one of the most professional sides in India at the moment, Bengaluru FC are known to nurture quality talented youngsters.

It will be a great opportunity for both Bidyananda and Robinson to train under the tutelage of Spaniard Albert Roca at the club.
