Indian Football: Six RFYS players called for U-22 AFC Championship Qualifiers trial camp

Six players of RFYS have been called for the trial camp which will be administered by the coaching staff led by Stephen Constantine in Mumbai.

The talent produced by Reliance Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS) has received recognition as AIFF scouting team headed by Abhishek Yadav, Director- Scouting, have invited six players from RFYS to attend the under-22 AFC Championship Qualifiers trial camp. The camp will be administered by the Indian Coaching staff, led by national team coach Stephen Constantine, at the Andheri Sports Complex from the 16th to 18th of May.The deserving players will stand a chance to join the under-22 National team camp.

Speaking of the six RFYS kids being selected for the trial camp, Abhishek Yadav expressed his joy. “We are extremely glad to scout some raw talent from RFYS matches at Maharashtra and Kochi. The important aspect about RFYS' efforts is that more options are being provided to the Indian National team coaches for selection. This is also a huge opportunity for the scouted boys to be at trials under the supervision of Head Coach, Stephen Constantine. It will help them grow as professional footballers,'' he remarked.
