"We feel very happy and thank the Almighty God for lifting the cup. I thank my coach [Oladipo Oyetunde] and my teacher Mr. Oyeleke," Nwanebi told Goal.

"As we started hearing news about Ikotun Senior High School equaling our feats; when we won our quarterfinal match, they also won. During the semifinals too, we both won our games. So we became afraid of them.

"We started thinking of how we could cope with them but our coach gave us the needed backup that we are capable of doing it. I really thank God that we made it," he concluded.
