'I listened to it 50 times!' - Oxlade-Chamberlain reveals the song that eased his England debut nerves

The Arsenal man says a specific tune helped him cope with the thought of making his senior Three Lions bow in 2012

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has revealed he listened to a song on repeat 50 times in order to cope with the thought of making his England debut.

The Arsenal man made his senior bow for the Three Lions against Norway in 2012, shortly before jetting off to the European Championships in Poland and Ukraine that summer.

And Oxlade-Chamberlain has since revealed that the perfectly-named track 'Settle Down' by Jamaican musician Mavado helped ease his nerves the night before the clash.
