Dave Rogers' side have announced the signings of Seityasen Singh and Gouramangi Singh on Friday afternoon. The duo has joined the Pune outfit on loan for the ongoing edition of the I-League.
While Seityasen last turned out for NorthEast United FC in the Indian Super League (ISL), Gouramangi plied his trade in Pune itself for FC Pune City.
24-year-old Seityasen Singh is a versatile player who can operate on both flanks and also function in the number 10 role. The winger made six appearances for the ISL franchise from the NorthEast in the 2016 edition and found the net twice. Seityasen is expected to give Rogers’ side a decisive edge in attack.
The addition of the experienced Gouramangi Singh strengthens the defensive line of the Loni-based team. The defender was named the AIFF Player Of The Year in 2010 and has also won the Nehru Cup and the SAFF Cup for India.
DSK Shivajians face East Bengal in their next fixture on Saturday, looking to make amends after a disappointing loss to Mumbai FC last week at the Cooperage Football Stadium.
