The Pride of Benue forward is in doubt over his hopes of securing the league diadem but insists they will secure at least a continental return

Lobi Stars' Kingsley Eduwo is unsure of his side's chances of winning the Nigerian topflight title this season, though confident they can clinch a continental ticket.
Ezekiel Mba, Eduwo, and Anthony Okpotu were on target as Solomon Ogbeide's men defeated Enugu Rangers 3-1 to cut the gap to the league leaders Plateau United to six points.
And the forward is delighted getting on the scoresheet and pledged to maintain his form to make the Super Eagles B squad for the African Nations Championship qualifier.
"We played a nice game against Enugu Rangers and won though it was not easy beating them," Eduwo told Goal.
"I was also happy for the goal scored by me and my colleagues in the match. Rangers came with a game plan to secure a point we were very informed about their defensive tactics.
"For us, we came all out to attack just like with do against most teams visiting the Aper Aku Stadium and seeing our good form they couldn't cope.
"I'm delighted scoring against Rangers again this season. I did that in both legs last season and I hope to keep up the form and earn my place in the CHAN team.
"I can't say about us getting the trophy this season but I’m sure we will get a continental ticket. We are getting set for Katsina United and I’m confident we will get something from the game."
Lobi Stars are fifth in the log with 42 points from 27 games and will face Katsina United in their next game on Sunday.
