Hegazi, Lemina on target as Southampton defeat West Bromwich Albion

Ahmed Hegazi and Mario Lemina scored in Southampton’s 3-2 win over West Bromwich Albion in Saturday’s English Premier League encounter.

Alan Pardew’s men started the game on an impressive note with Hegazi’s header, off Chris Brunt's corner kick, in the fourth minute handing them the lead.

In the 40th minute, Lemina registered his first goal for the Saints in a spectacular manner after he rifled home from 18 yards to put his side at par.

Jack Stephens turned the table against the Baggies when he headed in James Ward-Prowse’s corner with two minutes before the interval.

Ten minutes after the break, Ward-Prowse curled in a free-kick placed outside the area to pull away from their hosts.

Salomon Rondon reduced the deficit in the 72nd minute after benefitting from another Brunt assist.
