GOtv Cup match between Sofapaka and Kariobangi Sharks has been moved to Nyayo Stadium.

The all premier league clash was initially scheduled to take place at Kinoru Stadium in Meru, but has now been moved to the Capital City by Football Kenya Federation.

“We hereby wish to inform you that the GOtv Shield match No.56 earlier scheduled to be played in Kinoru Stadium, Meru, has been changed and shall be played at Nyayo,” read a statement signed by Frank Ogolla, FKF competition department.

“Please take note of this change and inform your technical bench,” added the letter which was copied to both Kariobangi Sharks and Sofapaka CEO’s, seen by Goal.

Sofapaka beat Nairobi Stima by a solitary goal to reach last 16 while Sharks attacked Kenpoly 2-0 to book a date with the former premier league champions.
