Gor Mahia midfielder sign for Albanian side

Gor Mahia midfielder Kenneth Muguna has finally joined Albanian Division one side KF Tirana, Goal can reveal.

Muguna linked up with former K’Ogalo coach, Brazilian, José Marcelo Ferreira (Ze Maria) last December for an undisclosed fee.

Ze Maria, who signed Muguna from Western Stima, left Gor Mahia in 2017 to take up a job in Albania.

In a deal that was done under utmost secrecy from the eyes of the local press, Goal can reveal that K'Ogalo is yet to receive any signing fee from the Albania side.

Gor Mahia Secretary General Ben Omondi has now blamed 'cartels’ within and around the club for angling for a portion of the signing fee.

“Brokers and cartels want to take off with him but the things seem not to be working for them. At the moment the club has not received any money,” Omondi noted in an online conversation on Gor Mahia page.

According to search engine Wikipedia, Muguna is now listed as a KF Tirana player.
