Gor Mahia match moved as KPL make changes in the fixtures

The changes to the CAF schedule have affected the scheduling of AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia matches

Four matches have been rescheduled ahead of round two of the Kenyan Premier League this weekend.

Zoo FC home tie against Gor Mahia, AFC Leopards versus Ulinzi Stars, Tusker match with Nzoia Sugar as well as Nakumatt clash against Sony Sugar have all been affected.

Zoo match has been pushed forward from Thursday to Wednesday next week owing to the Kenya Defence Forces recruitment drive set to take place at the Kericho Green Stadium on Thursday.

AFC Leopards versus Ulinzi Stars and Tusker versus Nzoia Sugar have been pushed back, from Saturday to Sunday while Nakumatt tie against Sony Sugar has been brought forward, from Sunday to Saturday.

“Please note that there have been changes to CAF dates as some CAF fixtures have moved to midweek from weekends," KPL said in a statement.

The changes to the CAF schedule have affected the scheduling of AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia round 2 and round 3 catch-up matches, which have all been brought forward.

Depending on the progress of AFC Leopards and Gor Mahia in CAF competitions, the fixtures will be revised again on Thursday, 22 February 2018.
