Zedekiah 'Zico' Otieno has rejoined Gor Mahia in an assistant coach position

Gor Mahia have appointed Zedekiah ‘Zico’ Otieno as their assistant coach following the departure of Tom Ogweno.

‘Zico’, who is making a return to K’Ogalo albeit on a different role, was recently with Posta Rangers where he served as the head coach and technical director within one year.

His appointment has been confirmed to Goal by Organizing Secretary Judith ‘Nyangi’ Anyango. “Yes, Zedekiah Otieno is our new assistant coach and he has already started his job.”

The former Kenyan international defender had managed Gor Mahia as the head coach and technical director before parting ways with the Green Army in 2011.

He has also previously coached Chemelil Sugar and Sony Sugar.
