With only three minutes into the match, Ifeanyi Okoye’s well struck free kick beat Manu Garba’s defenders ghosting past the visitor’s goalkeeper to hand the hosts a narrow win.
"I feel very bad because that kind of goal we conceded was too cheap,” Fabiyi told Goal.
“We were not in the game before the goal was scored though we still picked up in the second half but the referee didn’t allow us play.''
Despite failing to stop the goal from the free kick, he felt the profligacy of his side's forwards in front of goal cost them.
"Honestly, our attack has been our problem that's what we facing since the beginning of league season.
"We won't give up. The best we can do it to keep believing in them and encourage them to get better. Hopefully, we will get it right."
Gombe United are 13th on the standing with 11 points and will face Ifeanyi Ubah in their Week 11 match at the Pantami Stadium in Bauchi.
