The ‘big two’ are tipped to dispatch separate lower division opponents to progress to the next round of the cup competition

All 16 Ghana Premier League teams will be in action when the FA Cup enters the round of 64 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

There will be 13 games on the first day, with Inter Allies’ clash with fellow topflight side Liberty Professionals at the El-Wak Stadium unarguably the top liner.

Elsewhere, reigning champions Bechem United begin their title defence against third tier outfit Young Apostles, while Ashanti Gold face Asokwa Deportivo in the Ashanti Derby.

Premier league leaders Wafa play away to lower tier club ALKE FC, likewise Aduana Stars, who play as guests to Eleven Wonders.

There is also another derby on Saturday - the Northern Region Derby – when Division One club Real Tamale United host top tier side Bolga All Stars.

Wa All Stars, Tema Youth and Amidaus Professionals square off against Dark Horses, Emmanuel FC and Vision FC, while Windy Professionals, Dolphins FC and Heart of Lions host Unistar Academy, FC Samartex and NADM FC.

On Sunday, the action continues with 19 matches.
